Update Part 3: We raised another 25 bucks today And I’m thinking bigger now. The new goal is $500.  Hear me out.  I want to get another one of these Godzilla servers and bring back MR Direct!  A super high speed restriction free filehost strictly for donators.  Nothing like the previous one we ran on that OVH oversold, shared line piece of shit.  This bad boy can handle thousands of users with it’s 6 cores, 12gb of RAM, 2 TB of space, and it’s fully dedicated line, so for the couple hundred donators that will be the only ones using it, it will be like a dream come true.  Anyone who has ever donated will be given membership.  Trust me, it will be BADASS.  So now I’m launching STAGE 3!  For the next 2 weeks, anyone who donates 10 bucks will get the 3 months of premium plus an account on the new filehost.  Anyone who donates 20 or more will get 3 months of premium, a super-user account on  the new filehost, 2 weeks of 2Leech, and a hosting plan on DarkStealthHosting!   But we have to raise the cash to make this ultimate badassery come to life. And if this works, MR will hit the next level of awesomeness because we have the most badass users on the scene!

Update: You guys are great.  We raised 75 dollars in like 18 hours.  And that’s a great start.  I’m trying to think of some more incentives for you donators, and I’m open to suggestions so leave them in comments.  We’re almost halfway there, so let’s keep it up!  (And this is till stickied, so scroll down because I’m posting some badass stuff today.)

Bonjour my beloved MR users!  This is Lem coming to you live from the outskirts of Uranus.  (No pervert, we have a satellite there too.)  And I have a few things to let you guys in on.  First and foremost, the invoice for the Temple of Doom server has come in.  Last month when we raised the money I guess I just assumed that $225 USD would cover it for at least 6 months, but it turns out that Molo (above) wants his money monthly.  So we need some funds to keep things rocking like they have this month.  And if I don’t pay, I get the ole’ “Rip out your heart while you’re still alive and drop you into the fire pit” treatment.  That dude is well known for never playing Willie fuck-fuck.  So if you have been considering donating for an MU premium, now would be a good time.  Or if you’re just really a good person, donations without premium will help us even more. (We only get to keep about 20% of everyone’s donations because of all the premiums we have to pay for, so our profit margin is rather slim.)  So reach into your heart and pocketbooks and help us keep the release coming fast, and the Blu-rays containing premium links.  And for the fundraiser, we will offer the one month, 3 month, and 6 month premiums again.  You guys are awesome. Also, I will be integrating a request section soon.  But know that not all will get filled, but we’ll fill as many as we have time for.  Unless they’re gay.

Also on the agenda, we have a new MegaGames section.  I’m not sure how it works, but my ad guy said it will also raise revenue for the site.  If it’s like the rest of the ads, that means we’ll make about 2 dollars a day from them at best.  But every little bit helps, so go check them out.  It looks like there’s a shitload of time wasters in there.  It can be accessed with the “MegaGames” tab up top in the menu.

And last but certainly not least, tomorrow is Z’s BIRTHDAY! He turns 12 tomorrow if I’m not mistaken.  And here’s a little known fact, his nickname “Z” came from when he was in high school and used to funnel Zima directly into his ass.  True story.   So everyone wish him a happy birthday.  Do it or I’ll send Molo after you.

But yeah guys, we need your help to keep this badass server.  If this doesn’t work we’ll try a telethon or something.  And if that doesn’t work, then MR is going to be sucking. And I tell you what.  Those who donate on this current fundraiser will get priority on requests.  What more could you ask for?
