Additional Info: I almost listed this one as awesome, but it’s just a little too disturbing for that. Actually it’s a very disturbing movie. Still a great flick. *shudders*
The film depicts the lives of four different people living in Brooklyn on their quest for satisfaction in life. It shows the direct and indirect effects that drugs and various addictions have on each of the individuals, and then portrays their downward spirals from the hopes of blossoming dreams into the helpless state of moral and physical decay.

shocking fact is this film is still played out in real life by the place where it was filmed just film that place again you do not need major actors damn it i want to be entertained
the book was written in the 60s, they left the dialogue the same for the screenplay because it translates so well. all i know is i need a pound of pure to make it all better.
